Terms of service

These terms apply to work commissioned from GlamGen Studio ("the Studio"). A signed quote or written email confirmation forms the contract; where that document and these terms differ, the quote governs.

Scope and approval

• Every video is produced from a written script the client approves before generation begins.
• Delivery time is measured from script approval, not from first contact. The standard first cut is delivered within 48 hours of approval on business days.
• One revision round is included per video. Additional rounds are charged at the rate on the current quote.

Payment

• 50% on booking, 50% on approval of the first cut. Invoices are due net 7 days.
• Files are released on receipt of the final payment.
• If a booked project is cancelled after script approval, a kill fee of 50% of the project value applies and no usage rights transfer.

Usage rights

• The base fee includes organic use on the client's own social channels for an unlimited period.
• Paid-media usage, whitelisting / Spark / Partnership Ads, and exclusivity are licensed separately and priced as line items on the quote, with the term stated there.
• The Studio retains ownership of the AI presenter character, its likeness, voice, and name. The client is licensed to use the delivered videos as agreed; the character itself is not transferred.
• The Studio may show delivered work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Claims and compliance

• Scripts present the presenter as a spokes-character, never as a real customer. The Studio will not write first-person testimonials, personal results, before-and-after outcomes, or health or medical claims.
• The client is responsible for the accuracy and legal substantiation of any product claim it asks the Studio to include.
• Every deliverable carries an on-frame "AI-generated character" label and is supplied with a caption disclosure line. The client is responsible for keeping the label in place and for enabling the relevant platform AI-content disclosures (for example Meta "AI Info", TikTok AIGC label, YouTube synthetic-content disclosure).

Liability

The Studio's total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. The Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for platform decisions about ad approval or reach.
