GlamGen Studio ("we") operates glamgenstudio.com. This page explains what data we collect, why, and your rights. The short version: we collect almost nothing, and only what you send us.

What we collect

• Enquiries. If you email hello@glamgenstudio.com or use the enquiry form, we receive what you send: your email address, any product link, and your message. The form is processed by Netlify Forms and delivered to our mailbox at Zoho Mail.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Netlify, records standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability. We do not use these to identify visitors.

What we do not do

• No cookies are set by this site.
• No analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers.
• No newsletter and no marketing list. We reply to enquiries; we do not add you to anything.
• Fonts are served from our own domain, not from Google or any third party.

Why we process your data

To answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver and invoice the work (legitimate interest and performance of a contract).

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for 12 months after the last message, or for the duration of a client relationship plus the period required for tax records. Netlify's log retention is governed by Netlify's own policy.

Who we share it with

Only the processors needed to run the site and mailbox: Netlify (hosting, forms) and Zoho (email), each under their own privacy terms. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the data we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@glamgenstudio.com. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority.
